Inner Change: Hynosis
Hypnosis is a technique and the state of consciousness resulting in its application that is believed to be especially receptive to information from one’s own subconsciousness and to suggestions (from others). For example, a therapist might put a client into hypnosis to recover surpressed limiting beliefs and also suggest more constructive beliefs to counter them. Hypnotic states can be conceived to be induced voluntary and involuntary by other means in other settings as the therapeutic ones.
